Comfier offers a return window based on the duration of ownership and the condition of the product:

• Original Packaging: Customers are advised to retain the original packaging for at least ninety (90) days to facilitate returns.
• Geographic Restrictions: The "Free Return within 30 days" offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the United States Minor Outlying Islands (UM).
• Bulk Orders: Corporate purchases or bulk orders (defined as any order exceeding 10 units of a product) are non-refundable.
• Non-Quality Returns: Returns made after 30 days for reasons other than manufacturing defects (non-quality related issues) are not accepted.

3. Refund Procedures

Once a return is authorized:

1. Return Shipment: The item must be shipped back to the designated Comfier warehouse.
2. Inspection & Processing: Refunds are issued only after the item has arrived and been inspected at the warehouse.
3. Method of Payment: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the initial purchase.
4. Timeline: Processing typically takes 3–5 working days from the date the warehouse receives the returned item.

4. Shipping Costs

• Comfier covers shipping costs for returns within the first 30 days (standard) and for quality-related issues within 90 days.

• For any replacement or return initiated between 91 days and 2 years, the buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

5. Right of Interpretation

Comfier reserves the right of final interpretation regarding these Terms of Warranty and Return Policy. Comfier further reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time without prior notification
