Free Shipping
Comfier provides free shipping on all merchandise orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Please note that this offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and the United States Minor Outlying Islands (UM).
Important Notes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Order Processing
All orders require processing time before shipment. We will ship your order within two (2) business days after order placement. Once your order has been shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order.
If you do not receive tracking information within three (3) business days of placing your order, or your tracking information shows no carrier updates for three (3) business days after receiving it, please contact our Customer Support team at supportus@comfier.com.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Comfier ships using FedEx, USPS, or UPS carrier services.
- US Customers
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after payment verification, depending on order volume.
- International Customers
Please allow 3-9 business days for delivery after payment verification, depending on order volume and destination.
Please note that during the period from Thanksgiving through Christmas, shipping carriers may be subject to above-normal delays due to factors such as sustained shopping volumes, adverse weather conditions, and holiday-related operational impacts. Our company shall not be held liable for any delays arising from these circumstances. We have partnered with SEEL to provide shipping insurance services; for specific details, please refer to the Worry-Free Purchase section below. SEEL may offer compensation for loss, damage, or delay during transit. If your order is experiencing delays attributable to non-human factors, you are advised to contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our customer support center at supportus@comfier.com.
Worry-Free Purchase
Customers can choose to purchase Worry-Free Purchase Insurance at checkout when shopping on Comfier's official website. If the purchased item is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, compensation may be provided, allowing customers to shop with greater peace of mind.
The Worry-Free Purchase Insurance covers delayed deliveries as well as lost or damaged packages. For full details, please refer to the insurance coverage, compensation instructions, refund conditions, and other related information available on the purchase page.
Note: If shipping insurance is applied, the Worry-Free Purchase coverage cannot be refunded separately. Duplicate refunds or reshipments will not be processed under this policy. Please read the terms, refund policy, and other applicable information carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation and Address Modification
Customers may cancel their order or request shipping address modifications within six (6) hours of order placement. We will make reasonable efforts to intercept these orders before shipment.
For orders canceled after the six (6) hour window, customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
Comfier is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is lost or cannot be recovered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, Comfier will not replace the order or issue a refund.
International Shipping
Please Note: Only selected Comfier products are available for international shipping to Canada (CA), the United Kingdom(UK), and Europe (EU).

If your country/region is not listed above or does not appear as a shipping option on the product page, this indicates the product is either out of stock or not available in your region.
Address Correction Fees
If an order ships to an incorrect address, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to explore available redirection options (such as UPS My Choice or similar carrier services). If you require us to process an address change, a delivery request fee will apply for any address modifications.
