Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

Comfier warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a standard period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty is extended exclusively to the original individual consumer and does not apply to retailers, resellers, or any commercial entities.

2. Warranty Periods and Extension Program

To enhance consumer protection, Comfier offers a tiered remedy structure and an optional extension program:

• Standard Warranty: Twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
• Extended Warranty (Bonus): Customers who complete product registration within sixty (60) days of the purchase date will have their warranty period extended to two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

Available Remedies:

• 0 – 90 Days: Verified defective products may be repaired, replaced, or returned for a full refund.
• 91 Days – 1 Year: Eligible for product replacement only.
• 1 Year – 2 Years: Replacement is available exclusively to customers with a validated extended warranty.

3. Warranty Registration Requirement

To activate the extended warranty, customers must complete registration via the Comfier Online Service Center within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. A valid Order ID/Number is strictly required to validate the transaction. Failure to register within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the extended coverage.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Product Types: Replaced products, refurbished products, and accessories (including but not limited to adapters and covers).
• Usage: Normal wear and tear; damage resulting from commercial, rental, or contract trade use.
• Misconduct: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, theft, or vandalism.
• Environmental/External Factors: Damage caused by water, improper electrical supply, extreme temperatures, or improper installation/operation.
• Unauthorized Activity: Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or the attachment of unauthorized accessories.
• Documentation: Claims failed to be supported by a valid proof of purchase from Comfier’s official store or direct-authorized resellers (e.g., official Amazon, eBay, or Walmart storefronts).

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a claim, please submit a formal request via the Comfier Online Service Center. Claimants must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Warranty claims for product defects expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless an extended warranty is active.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. COMFIER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. COMFIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS.
