Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

Comfier (“the Company”) warrants that this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a standard period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty is granted exclusively to the original individual consumer and is strictly non-transferable.

2. Warranty Periods and Extension Program

To provide superior consumer protection, Comfier implements the following remedy schedule based on the date of purchase:

Period from Purchase Available Remedies (Subject to Verification)
0 – 90 Days Repair, replacement, or a full refund at Comfier’s discretion.
91 Days – 1 Year Replacement with a new or refurbished unit only. No refunds.
1 Year – 2 Years Replacement available ONLY for validated Extended Warranty holders.

3. Warranty Extension Program

Customers may qualify for an additional twelve (12) months of coverage (the “Bonus Warranty”), extending the total period to two (2) years.

  • Requirement: Register via the Comfier Online Service Center within 30 days of purchase.
  • Validation: A valid Order ID/Number and proof of purchase are mandatory.
  • Forfeiture: Failure to register within the 30-day window results in the forfeiture of the extension.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty is rendered void under the following conditions and does not cover:

  • Product Types: Refurbished items, open-box models, second-hand purchases, and consumables (e.g., power adapters, removable covers).
  • Improper Use: Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, or use inconsistent with the User Manual.
  • External Factors: Liquid ingress, fire, power surges, or acts of God (floods, earthquakes).
  • Unauthorized Activity: Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of third-party attachments.
  • Documentation: Claims unsupported by a valid Order ID from authorized storefronts (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or Comfier.com).

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Submission: Contact Customer Support via the Comfier Online Service Center.
  2. Evidence: Provide Order ID, description of defect, and photographic/video evidence.
  3. Shipping: For claims approved after 30 days, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Expiration: All claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. COMFIER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMFIER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. COMFIER’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
