At COMFIER, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our massage and wellness products. This Return & Refund Policy explains our return, refund, product quality support, and return shipping procedures.
Our policy is designed to provide a clear and consistent after-sales experience while ensuring that different types of products are handled appropriately based on their size, condition, and the nature of the request.
Important: Products classified as Oversized Items are clearly identified in the product description on their respective product pages. Please review the product page carefully before purchasing.
For products that are not classified as Oversized Items, COMFIER offers a 30-day return and refund period.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for any reason, including:
For eligible standard-product returns initiated within 30 days, COMFIER will provide a refund after the returned product has been received and inspected.
COMFIER will cover the applicable return shipping cost for eligible standard-product returns within the 30-day return period.
Oversized products are also eligible for a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. However, due to their size, weight, and special handling requirements, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for change-of-mind and other non-quality-related returns.
The applicable return shipping cost may be:
Oversized Item β Return shipping may apply to change-of-mind returns.
Products classified as Oversized Items will be clearly identified in the product description on the applicable product page before purchase.
We recommend reviewing the product specifications, dimensions, shipping information, and return information carefully before purchasing an Oversized Item.
If your COMFIER product has a manufacturing defect or quality-related issue within 90 calendar days of delivery, please contact COMFIER Customer Support as soon as possible.
For validated quality-related issues within this 90-day period, COMFIER will be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs and will determine the appropriate resolution based on the specific situation.
This quality-support policy applies to both standard products and Oversized Items.
Possible resolutions may include:
COMFIER may request information such as your order number, a description of the issue, photos, videos, or other reasonable evidence to help diagnose and validate the reported problem.
Important: The Oversized Item return-shipping exception applies only to change-of-mind and other non-quality-related returns. It does not apply to validated quality-related issues reported within the first 90 days of delivery. For such quality-related claims, COMFIER will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
After the initial 90-day quality-support period, eligible product issues are handled according to the applicable COMFIER Warranty Policy.
COMFIER provides a standard limited warranty for eligible products, subject to the applicable warranty terms, exclusions, verification requirements, and warranty period.
Depending on the product, purchase date, warranty status, and nature of the issue, available remedies may include:
Warranty service after 90 days does not automatically provide a refund.
For complete warranty coverage, warranty periods, exclusions, and claim requirements, please review the COMFIER Warranty Policy.
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return and whether the product is classified as an Oversized Item.
For an eligible change-of-mind or other non-quality-related return initiated within 30 days of delivery, COMFIER covers the applicable return shipping cost for standard products.
For Oversized Items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind and other non-quality-related returns within the 30-day return period.
Oversized Items are identified in the product description on the applicable product page.
For validated quality-related issues reported within the first 90 days of delivery, COMFIER will cover the applicable return shipping costs, including for Oversized Items.
After 90 days, shipping responsibility will be determined according to the applicable Warranty Policy.

Customers returning Oversized Items for non-quality-related reasons are responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.
Once the returned product arrives, COMFIER may inspect the product to confirm its condition and eligibility.
If the return qualifies for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been reviewed and approved.
For approved returns, refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are based on the eligible amount actually paid for the returned product after applicable discounts or promotions.
For example, if a discount code was used at checkout, the refund will generally reflect the actual amount paid for the returned item rather than the original list price.
Where applicable, the following may be deducted from the refund:
Once the returned product has been received and approved, refund processing typically takes 3β5 business days. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
For orders containing promotional gifts, free accessories, or bundled products, all applicable items may need to be returned together when the qualifying product is returned.
If a promotional item or free gift that is required to be returned is not included, COMFIER may deduct the applicable value of the missing item from the refund.
Corporate purchases, wholesale purchases, and bulk orders may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Orders involving large quantities or business purchasing arrangements may not qualify for the standard 30-day consumer return policy.
For wholesale, distribution, or business purchasing inquiries, please contact COMFIER through our Contact Us page.
